Whilst working on OMM (Agency) we partnered with Nike to ideate, design and build an activity finder experience for the Nike Training App and Nike Running Club that will span across FY23 and throughout. The experience will ensure that everyone that is interested in working out or running to receive personalised activity recommendations based on their time, preferences and needs. The Problem
Nike has always prided itself on serving the athlete, delivering first class product and innovation. 2023 is about making sport a daily habit. Nike served 9.3M members in EMEA in FY22 with their main goal is to become the best and most enjoyable habit-forming platforms for sport and health in EMEA providing their members with the tools create healthy habits and stick to them. However, their activity apps are currently not set up for the members to discover their stickiest features. This especially rings true for finding the right workout due to the complexities in filters and our Audio Guided Runs (AGR’s), as beginners and experienced athletes need guidance to select their way of working out suited to their needs. Nike offers over 300 Runs and Workouts in both their Nike Training Club and Nike Running Club- The goal is to make it as easy as possible to find their next workout and / or AGR on NTC and NRC, and not spend time searching / filtering when that time can be used to sweat. Giving users personalised results so they can workout and feel good.
User Journey
