What’s your Crocs-onality?

Whilst working on OMM (Agency) we partnered with Crocs to ideate, design and build an online fun quiz to show the 
customers uniqueness through personalisation of their CROCS. This was both mobile and desktop experience that would 
urge users to share their results and generate more traffic to Crocs sign ups.

The Problem

Crocs wants to promote their Jibbitz charms by creating a fun and quirky quiz. The quiz asks users about their personality and interests, 
and based on their answers, recommends a set of Jibbitz that suits them. Users can share their quiz results on social media to spread the 
word about Jibbitz and Crocs. Additionally, the quiz collects user data to improve future marketing campaigns.
 

Objectives

  • Obtain data for sign ups (Count of new Sign Ups coming from our experience)-  broken down by source, such as social media, 
    organic search, or paid advertising. This would help to identify the most effective channels for driving sign-ups.
  • Engagement with the configurator (Unique Sessions)-  broken down by page, such as the home page, the product page, 
    or the checkout page. This would help to identify which pages are most engaging for users.
  • Social Shares (#count of shares - driving back to configurator)- broken down by social media platform, such as 
    Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. This would help to identify the most effective platforms for driving social engagement.
